Throughout the six weeks, participants will be assigned a final project that involves applying the concepts of result- based leadership to a real-world scenario. They will work in teams and present their findings, including the challenges faced and lessons learned, to the rest of the class.
Assessment will be based on active participation in discussions, completion of assignments and activities, team project presentation, and individual reflections on the application of result-based leadership in their own context.
SEFAR GRADUATE 2 (SG2) TRANSFORMATIONAL SERVANT LEADERSHIP
Pastoral Stream
Objective: Understand the concepts of transformational servant leadership and its importance in modern organizations.
Duration : 6 weeks
Servant Leadership in Action
Sustaining Transformational Servant Leadership
During this six-week curriculum, participants will gain a deep understanding of transformational servant leadership, emotional intelligence, empathy, visionary leadership, trust-building, collaboration, coaching, and mentoring. By the end of the program, participants should be equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead with a focus on service, empathy, and positive impact on their teams and organizations. They will be encouraged to continue their growth as transformational servant leaders beyond the curriculum’s scope.
