All about the Prcedure

Sefar Centre handles the application and processing of various types of Canadian visas, including visitor visas, study permits, work permits, and other immigration visas.
To apply for Canadian visa, Sefar Centre, after evaluating your situation, typically follow these steps

Determine the type of visa you need
Depending on your purpose for travelling to Canada, Sefar Centre will need to determine whether you need a visitor visa, study permit, work permit, or another type of visa

Gather required documents
Different visas have different requirements, but common documents include a valid passport, application forms, photographs, proof of funds, and other supporting documents

Complete the application online.
Most Canadian visa applications are submitted online through the IRCC website. Sefar Centre will need to create an account, fill out the necessary forms, pay the application fee and get the application submitted

Biometrics appointment (if required)
Depending on your nationality and the type of visa you're applying for, you may need to provide a biometric collection point. This process is usually done at Visa Application Centre (VAC) or Application Support Centre (ASC). Sefar centre will facilitate the letter for biometric instruction

Attend an interview (if required)
In some rare cases, you may be asked to attend an interview at a Canadian embassy or consulate

Wait for processing
Visa processing times can vary depending on your country of residence and the type of visa you're applying for. You can check the current processing times on the IRCC website
G
Receive a Decision
Once your application is processed, you will receive a decision on your visa application. If approved, you will receive a visa stamp in your passport or/and a Port of Entry (POE) Letter of Introduction.
